Why does the majority of society always attempt to demasculinalize everything?

I blame it on women. Society is constantly turning touchy feely because that is what women want. The idea of strong masculine society has faded because the need for that strength and dominance is no longer applicable to today's society. that's why when kids these days become soldiers they can't handle the stresses of military life and combat. They aren't hardened like they were in past times and now they come in and can't handle stress or physical discomfort because everything in society is turning soft and easy to handle.
