What you think about this article? (Is World War 3 looming)?

Basically any bomber that is able to drop bombs and missiles can be adapted to carry nuclear weapons. Don't be concerned by this simple mechanical ability. Russia sells weapons to Venezuela since a long time, I don't see how this is something new.
