Whats a good show to start watching when your extremely sad and depressed.?

My life is a little difficult, and im just confused, and my dad comes home drunk all the time. And i just want to snuggle up on my bed and watch t.v. What free online movie without downloads, or a show can i watch online? Please help me ! Idk what to do :(
