I have been considering going to school to become a realtor. Does anyone have current info on the cost??

I know that college cles can be taken for approx. $1500, but after that what are the costs for taking the test, getting the licenses, company/broker affiliations, yearly dues and fee, etc. Current stats would be appreciated. Is it better to be with a big company like Century 21 or the like or small more localized companies; are their fees less? Any helpful info appreciated.
