How do you survive the holiday stress?

I have a stuffed voodoo doll that looks like santa, my friend gave it to me last year since I always take on too much at christmas time. Then I get to poke him, squeeze him, throw him against the fridge, as long as the kids don't see of course. You end up laughing over the silliness, tension disappears.
