The problem is that if it is already thawed out when he leaves for work it will get rotten later and all germ when he gets home so instead he should take it out of the freezer put it on a plate with a napkin under it and wrap it in plastic on the counter and make sure it is still frozen so when he gets home it will not be germ and it will be thawed out instead of rotten
