Why is he always looking at me.... ?

ok so in english this guy who i sit next to[its igned seats] i always notice him lookin at me with the corner of his eye but i pretend not to kno.and when he writes he puts his notebook close to my desk. i dont know if this even means anything .i know this shouldnt matter but hes popular and im not so mayb he just thinks im weird. and today after the embly i didnt notice cause i was facing the other way talkin to my friend but he was walkin beside me. could this mean anything...like guys wut do u usually do if u like a girl u rnt friends with?? thanks a lottxx
