Your Favorite Symphonies/Concertos?

Favorite symphonies of all time? Best symphonies in your opinion? Same goes for concertos, but I am more interested in violin/viola/cello concertos. No piano, I am currently working through Beethoven Piano Concertos and don't even want to think about the piano today :)
