Whats the name of this tv show?

There was a show that premiered back in the day, that was about a guy who died when he was pushed off a train platform, but somehow was resurrected into a younger body by "mysterious" people and told not to interfere with his old life... except it kinda happens anyway..... I can never remember the name of the show either. Another thing I remember about it was the opening sequences used Da Vinci's drawing of a perfect man, and in one of the last episodes the guy went into an epileptic coma until some police sirens woke him up outside his former home in a car.
