Is Affirmative Action discriminatory since only white males are not included?

That's not actually true. Affirmative action seeks to make every segment of the job market more actually reflect society as a whole. Right now the board rooms and Executive Offices are 95% occupied by white males. When they have roughly 50% women, 10% blacks etc then Affirmative Action will have been successful. Conversely in janitor jobs and the jobs that require real manuel labor, whites are under represented. Perhaps when white males occupy more of these jobs the pay and benefits will more accurately reflect their value to society.
