Dog has welps all over body, and is whinning?

my boxer had us up most of the night whinnig, i noticed he had a swollen eye and was sooo restless but finally went to sleep. This morning i woe up to find he has welps covering the whoe of his body andis whinning and cannot get comfortable. i did bathe him and flea treat him yesterday?
