What size should I order when purchasing UGG Dakota Moccasins ?

I am a size 10. In UGG boots, I am a size 9. With my UGG boots, the 9 fits perfectly and once the boots stretch out are very roomy. I just purchased the UGG Dakota Moccasins in a size 9 and I hate to say it, but they are really tight. My big toe is at the top of the shoe. I understand that these shoes are a lot more narrow than the boots. But when compared to my boots, the boots are also a lot longer. I know one person who says she too thought her Dakota Moccasins were too tight. But she claims they stretched out and fit perfectly now. But a lot of other people online say to order the bigger size. I just don't know what to do! Do I return them for a 10? Or keep the 9?
